Thank you for choosing Blue Origin Villas. We want every guest to enjoy a relaxed, worry-free stay. This pricelist is shared transparently so you know exactly what charges may apply if an item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear during your stay.
All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Charges reflect the actual replacement cost we pay our suppliers (vendor invoices available on request).
Normal wear and tear is never charged. A small stain that washes out, a scuff on a wall, a misplaced glass — these are part of running villas. Charges apply only when an item is destroyed and must be replaced.

Each villa is equipped with TVs, air-conditioning units, pool pumps, kitchen appliances and other equipment tracked in our internal Equipment Registry. Each item has a verified purchase invoice.
Damage charge = original purchase price (invoice available on request).
